Rally Club: Terms & Conditions

1. Registration Requirements

- Name: Must match your ID/Passport exactly (for payment purposes).

- Personal Email: Registration requires the agent’s own personal email address.

- SVCB Sign-on: If you use a 2-letter initial for your SVCB sign-on, please ensure it belongs to you and is not a recycled SVCB. This is to guarantee that all points are transferred correctly to your account.

2. Approval & Verification

- Admin Verification: The Admin team will conduct a thorough verification of all user details to ensure accuracy.

- Processing Time: Please expect a slight delay in the approval process as these essential checks are performed to maintain the integrity of the program.

3. Cash Reward Incentives (Per Segment)
Please be informed of the cash reward rates for each successfully collected segment:

- International Segment: MYR 0.50 per segment
- Domestic Segment: MYR 0.20 per segment
- NDC Segment: MYR 0.30 per segment

4. Minimum Point Balance for Claims
When making a claim, you are not permitted to withdraw all points at once. A minimum balance of 100 points must be maintained in your Rally Club account for each of the following categories:

- International: 100 points minimum balance
- Domestic: 100 points minimum balance
- NDC: 100 points minimum balance
